These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit lyla.se, use our website or place an order with LYLA.

LYLA is operated by Vindra Sverige AB, company registration number 559476-2667, Box 29110, 100 52 Stockholm, Sweden.

  1. About These Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply together with our other policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Product Safety & Care information.

If a specific policy contains more detailed information about a certain subject, that policy applies to that subject. Your statutory consumer rights are never limited by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on lyla.se.

You are responsible for providing correct and complete information when placing an order, including your name, email address, billing address and shipping address.

You do not need to create an account unless this is required or offered as part of a specific checkout or customer account function. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

  1. Orders and Purchase Agreement

When you place an order on lyla.se, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A purchase agreement is formed when we confirm your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or adjust an order if there is a valid reason, including:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable

  • There is an obvious pricing error

  • There is an obvious product information error

  • There is a technical error

  • Payment cannot be completed or verified

  • Fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity is suspected

  • The order appears to be placed for unauthorised resale or commercial misuse

  • The shipping information is incorrect or incomplete

  • We are prevented from fulfilling the order due to legal, regulatory or safety reasons

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled part of the order.

  1. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency available for your market at checkout.

For Swedish and EU consumer orders, product prices include VAT where applicable. The total price, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, VAT, customs charges or handling fees may apply unless they are clearly included or handled at checkout. More information is available in our Shipping Policy.

Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout. Payment services may be provided by third-party payment providers, and their own terms may also apply.

We do not store full card details on our own systems.

  1. Product Information and Availability

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, colours, sizes, materials and availability are accurate.

However, minor differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, production batches, material variations or product finishing.

All product availability is subject to stock. We may update, change or discontinue products at any time.

If a product has been incorrectly listed due to an obvious error, we may correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order or contact you with the correct information.

  1. Jewelry, Materials and Product Claims

LYLA products are fashion jewelry and accessories.

Materials and product-specific information are shown on the relevant product page where applicable.

Unless clearly stated on the product page, no product should be understood as medical, therapeutic, allergy-proof, waterproof, rust-proof or suitable for all skin types.

If you experience irritation, discomfort or an allergic reaction, stop using the product and contact us.

Product claims such as material, plating, water resistance, nickel information, value, warranty or similar claims only apply where they are expressly stated on the relevant product page or in the applicable product information.

  1. Product Safety

LYLA jewelry is not a toy and should be kept away from babies and small children.

Jewelry may contain small parts and should not be placed in the mouth.

Do not use damaged jewelry.

Please follow the care and safety instructions provided on our website or with the product.

If you believe a product is defective, unsafe or incorrectly described, contact us at info@lyla.se with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where relevant.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

  1. Pre-Orders, Backorders and Limited Drops

Some products may be sold as pre-orders, backorders or limited releases.

If a product is a pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch time will be shown on the product page where applicable.

Estimated dispatch and delivery dates may change due to production delays, supplier delays, customs handling, transport delays, warehouse delays or other circumstances outside our direct control.

If a significant delay occurs, we will inform affected customers where possible.

If we are unable to supply a product you have paid for, we will offer a suitable solution, such as waiting, cancelling the affected product or issuing a refund.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, shipping prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Orders are shipped from Sweden. Almost all orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Skurup, Sweden. In very rare cases, an order may be fulfilled from our Stockholm location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier handling, customs handling, local delivery conditions and seasonal volume.

Tracking is provided where available for the selected shipping method. Some standard mailbox or letter delivery methods may have limited tracking or no full tracking.

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee that we can change or cancel an order after it has been placed.

If you notice an incorrect address, product, colour or other order detail, contact us as soon as possible at info@lyla.se.

Your statutory right of withdrawal and consumer rights are not affected by this section.

  1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us within the withdrawal period. You can do this by contacting us at info@lyla.se or by using our digital withdrawal function where available.

For ordinary returns and withdrawals, the customer is normally responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you withdraw from your full order under the statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost paid at checkout where required by law.

Extra costs for express delivery or other non-standard delivery options may not be refunded beyond the cost of the standard delivery option.

For partial returns, the original delivery cost is normally not refunded.

Returned products should be unused, unworn and in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging where possible.

You may examine the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the product has been handled more than necessary to examine its nature, characteristics or function, we may make a deduction for any loss in value where permitted by law.

Some products may be excluded from return where permitted by law, for example sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, if this is clearly stated before purchase.

  1. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at info@lyla.se.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Clear photos of the packaging if the package was damaged

If a product is faulty, incorrect or not as described, we will handle the case according to applicable consumer law.

Approved complaints for defective, damaged or incorrect products are handled at no extra cost to the customer where required by law.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by any voluntary return policy, campaign, discount or warranty.

  1. Campaigns, Discounts and Promotions

Discount codes, campaigns and promotions may be subject to specific terms, such as a validity period, product exclusions, minimum order value or usage limits.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.

We may refuse or cancel misuse of campaigns, discount codes, referral offers or other promotional benefits.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by campaigns, discounts or promotions.

  1. Gift Cards and Store Credit

If LYLA offers gift cards, store credit or similar credits, they may be subject to additional terms shown at the time of purchase or issue.

Gift cards and store credit cannot normally be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

  1. Use of the Website

You may use lyla.se only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website for illegal or unauthorised purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the website

  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses or harmful code

  • Attempt to access systems, accounts or data without permission

  • Scrape, copy, harvest or collect data from the website without permission

  • Infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of others

  • Use false, misleading or fraudulent information

  • Abuse campaigns, discounts, checkout systems or customer service functions

We may restrict access to the website or cancel orders where misuse, fraud, security risk or unlawful activity is suspected.

  1. Reviews, Comments and User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, feedback, ideas or other content to LYLA, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

You grant LYLA a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, reproduce, publish, translate and adapt the content for website, customer service, marketing and business purposes, subject to applicable privacy and marketing laws.

We may remove or edit user content that we consider unlawful, offensive, misleading, irrelevant, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

You are responsible for the content you submit.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on lyla.se, including text, images, product names, graphics, logos, design elements, layout, product photos and other materials, belongs to Vindra Sverige AB, LYLA or our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish or otherwise use our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

  1. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use third-party services, including payment providers, shipping providers, e-commerce platform services, analytics tools, marketing tools and customer service tools.

Our website may also contain links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content or their practices.

This does not affect your statutory rights against LYLA for purchases made from us.

  1. Privacy and Personal Data

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, what legal bases we rely on, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, LYLA is not responsible for indirect losses, business losses, loss of profit, loss of data or losses caused by misuse of the website, third-party services, technical interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For consumers, our liability is always limited only to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protection law.

  1. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations if this is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Such events may include, for example, extreme weather, transport disruptions, customs delays, strikes, supplier delays, technical failures, government actions, pandemics, accidents, power outages or other events that we could not reasonably prevent or overcome.

If such an event affects your order, we will try to contact you and find a reasonable solution.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be available on lyla.se.

Changes apply from the date they are published and normally only apply to future orders. Orders already confirmed are governed by the terms that applied at the time of purchase, unless a change is required by law or is clearly beneficial to you.

  1. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law.

If you are a consumer living in another EU/EEA country, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@lyla.se so we can try to resolve the issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, consumers may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN.
