Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how LYLA handles order processing, shipping options, delivery times, tracking, customs and delivery issues.

LYLA is operated by Vindra Sverige AB, company registration number 559476-2667, Box 29110, 100 52 Stockholm, Sweden.

Order Processing

All orders are shipped from Sweden.

Almost all orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Skurup, Skåne, Sweden. In very rare cases, an order may be fulfilled from our Stockholm location.

In-stock items are normally dispatched within 1 business day after your order is placed.

Orders are processed on business days only, Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays.

During exceptional peak periods, such as Black Friday, major campaigns, product launches or holidays, processing may take a few extra business days due to high order volume.

Pre-Orders and Backordered Items

Items marked as pre-order or backordered are shipped when they arrive in stock.

The estimated dispatch time is shown on the product page where applicable. Estimated dates may change due to production, supplier, customs, transport or warehouse delays.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the full order will normally be shipped together unless split shipping is clearly offered.

Shipping Options, Prices and Delivery Times

The available shipping options, prices and estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout.

The shipping option selected at checkout applies to your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier handling, local delivery conditions, customs handling and seasonal volume.

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days

Norway

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: normally 3–6 business days

Available shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.

For most orders, standard shipping is free from 599 NOK.

At the moment, we normally offer standard shipping to Norway.

Europe, excluding Norway and the United Kingdom

Standard Shipping

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

International Shipping

Estimated delivery time: normally 5–15 business days, depending on destination and local delivery services.

Orders from 599 SEK and up: free

Available shipping options and prices are always shown at checkout.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.

Free shipping normally applies to standard shipping options only.

If express shipping is available for your address, it may be offered at a reduced price for qualifying orders.

The exact shipping threshold, currency, price and delivery option shown at checkout applies to your order.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

If tracking is available for your shipping method, the email will include a tracking number or tracking link.

Some standard mailbox or letter delivery methods may have limited tracking or no full tracking.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update with the carrier after shipment.

Customs, Duties and Import Fees

For deliveries outside the EU, including some European destinations, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import fees or handling fees when it arrives in the destination country.

These charges are set by local customs or tax authorities and are not included in LYLA’s product prices or shipping fees unless clearly stated at checkout.

The recipient is responsible for any such charges unless otherwise required by law or clearly stated at checkout.

Norway and VOEC

LYLA is VOEC registered for Norway from 2 December 2025.

For eligible Norwegian consumer orders covered by VOEC, Norwegian VAT is charged at checkout and VOEC information is provided electronically for customs handling.

This means that eligible VOEC orders should normally not be charged Norwegian VAT again upon delivery.

Some orders, products or situations may fall outside VOEC handling. If an order is not eligible for VOEC treatment, local import charges may apply according to Norwegian rules.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee that we can change or cancel an order after it has been placed.

If you notice an incorrect address, product, colour or other order detail, contact us as soon as possible at info@lyla.se.

Your statutory right of withdrawal and consumer rights are not affected by this section. For more information, see our Return and Refund Policy.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

LYLA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you with the next steps.

Delivered but Not Found

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us at info@lyla.se and contact the carrier as soon as possible so the delivery can be investigated.

We may ask you to check your mailbox, parcel locker, delivery point, safe place, household members or neighbours.

We will help with available delivery information and documentation where possible.

Lost Parcels and Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within a few business days after the estimated delivery time, contact us at info@lyla.se with your name and order number.

We will review the shipment information and help you with the next steps.

Delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur due to carrier handling, weather, customs, local delivery issues, incorrect address information or high seasonal volume.

Damaged Packages, Defective Items or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 5 business days.

Email info@lyla.se with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging

  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective or incorrect item

This helps us review the issue and find a suitable solution.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

For full details, please see our Return and Refund Policy.

In summary:

  • Ordinary returns and withdrawals must be requested within the applicable return or withdrawal period.

  • Returned items should be unused, unworn and in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging where possible.

  • For ordinary returns and withdrawals, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping.

  • For partial returns, the original delivery cost is normally not refunded.

  • If you withdraw from your full order under the statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost paid at checkout where required by law.

  • Extra costs for express shipping or other non-standard delivery options may not be refunded beyond the cost of the standard delivery option.

  • If your order is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will handle the case according to your statutory consumer rights.

  • Approved complaints for defective, damaged or incorrect items are handled at no extra cost to the customer where required by law.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by sale items, campaigns or discounts.
