Shipping

All of our products are shipped to you from Stockholm via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over 449 SEK depending on your region. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout and does include duties.

UPDATE: Due to an exceptionally high volume of orders, our shipping times may be delayed by 2-3 days beyond our usual lead times. We’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding during this busy period.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

• On all orders above 449 SEK for Sweden.
• On all orders above 449 SEK for the rest of Europe.
• On all orders above 449 SEK globally.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

LYLA only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email lylasweden2@gmail.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
