Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Skurup, Skåne, Sweden, using secure and reliable delivery services. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders above 599 SEK across all regions.
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday), except during extraordinary sales periods such as Black Friday and other peak order times.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the local carrier.
Order cancellations or adjustments are unfortunately not possible once an order has been placed.

We collect Norwegian VAT at checkout and submit all VOEC information directly to Norwegian customs.
This means:
- No additional VAT
- No customs charges
- No fees upon delivery for Norwegian customers

Free Shipping
Free shipping is automatically applied on all orders above 599 SEK worldwide.
This applies only to our Standard Delivery options.
If Express Delivery is available in your country, you may choose it at checkout for a reduced price on orders above 599 SEK.

Additional Important Information
1. Customs & Duties (Outside EU & Norway)
Customers outside Sweden, the EU, and Norway may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees depending on local regulations. These charges are not covered by LYLA, and LYLA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
For Norwegian customers:
LYLA is VOEC-registered from 2025-12-02.
Orders placed before this date are not covered by VOEC and may therefore be subject to Norwegian customs duties and VAT upon delivery. Orders placed on or after this date will have Norwegian VAT collected at checkout and will not incur any additional charges upon arrival.

2. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct.
LYLA cannot take responsibility for:
- Packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address
- Delays caused by missing or inaccurate address information
If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you with next steps.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, LYLA cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number so they can investigate the delivery.
We will of course assist with documentation if required.

4. Pre-Order Items
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once the pre-order item is in stock, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
All estimated dispatch dates are provided in the product description and may vary depending on supplier schedules or inbound delivery delays.
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together unless we explicitly offer split shipping.

5. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please email info@lyla.se within 5 business days and include clear photos of:
- The outer packaging
- The damaged item
This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
