Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To qualify for a return, the item must be free from damage and wear, aside from any defects or issues caused during transit. Upon approval of the return, we will refund the full order amount, excluding any shipping costs associated with the return. The return shipping cost will be charged to the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Return Process:
- The customer must initiate the return process by contacting us via email at info@lyla.se within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns within 14 days are refunded to the original payment method, after 14 days the refund is issued as LYLA store credit.
- The item must be shipped back to us within a reasonable timeframe after the return request has been approved. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 business days, using the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us via email at info@lyla.se within 72 hours of delivery. In your email, please include your order number and attach clear photos showing the extent of the damage or the error with the product. Such cases will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and we will work diligently to provide a fair and satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
