Order Processing & Warehouse

All orders are fulfilled by our warehouse in Skurup, Skåne, Sweden.

In-stock items: We ship all in-stock products within 24 hours (1 business day) after your order is placed, Monday–Friday.

Pre-orders: Items marked as pre-order or backordered are shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. The estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page.

Exceptions (e.g. Black Friday): During exceptional peak periods such as Black Friday, major campaigns or holidays, handling time can be delayed by a few extra business days due to high order volume.

Orders are dispatched on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Zones, Options & Prices

We offer Standard Shipping and, in many cases, Express Shipping.
The exact options and prices for your address are always shown at checkout.

All prices below are in SEK, except for Norway (NOK).

1. Sweden

Express Shipping – 1–2 business days
Delivered by partners such as PostNord Varubrev or Early Bird, depending on your postcode. Many areas also have Saturday delivery.

Orders under 599 SEK: 79 SEK

Orders from 599 SEK and up: 29 SEK

Standard Shipping – 2–5 business days

Orders under 599 SEK: 49 SEK

Orders from 599 SEK and up: Free

2. Norway

Standard Shipping – 2–5 business days

Orders under 599 NOK: 89 NOK

Orders from 599 NOK and up: Free

(At the moment we only offer standard shipping to Norway.)

3. Europe (excluding Norway and UK)

Express Shipping – 2–5 business days

Orders under 599 SEK: 99 SEK

Orders from 599 SEK and up: 49 SEK

Standard Shipping – 3–7 business days

Orders under 599 SEK: 49 SEK

Orders from 599 SEK and up: Free

4. Worldwide

Worldwide Shipping – 5–15 business days (standard service)

Orders under 599 SEK: 99 SEK

Orders from 599 SEK and up: Free

(Transit time depends on destination and local postal services, but generally order outside Europe are delivered in 5-15 business days)

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside EU, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT and import fees when it arrives in the destination country. These charges:

are set by your local customs/tax authorities

are not included in LYLA’s prices or shipping fees

must be paid by the recipient.

Order Status & Tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.

If tracking is available for your shipping method, this email will include a tracking number or link so you can follow your parcel.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update with the carrier.

 with your name and order number and we’ll help you.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (summary)

Items must be unused, in original condition and with all tags attached.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Sale items and promotions may be subject to special conditions (e.g. exchange or store credit instead of refund), as described in the full policy.
